Marketing strategy, performance, and the technical bits in between.
I provide hands-on marketing consulting that connects business goals with strategy, paid media, measurement, execution, and the systems behind them.

Big picture. Hands-on where it matters.
I’ve been fascinated by marketing for a long time, but just as much by the business behind it. What are we actually trying to achieve? Why does this strategy make sense? How should that translate into the work people are doing day to day?
I’m naturally curious about what sits underneath those decisions too. Data, platforms, technology, systems, processes. I like understanding how things work, and I tend to get my hands dirty when that understanding matters.
That range is particularly useful when something isn’t quite adding up. I can follow a business objective through the marketing strategy, execution, and measurement, looking at the whole chain rather than assuming where the problem sits.
Where I can help
Sometimes you know exactly what you want to improve. Sometimes performance has stalled, the numbers don’t quite add up, or you simply want another perspective on what comes next.
I work with organizations, internal teams, and agencies, and tend to be most useful where strategy, execution, measurement, and process start overlapping.
Marketing & performance diagnostics
Independent, top-to-bottom reviews of whether business goals, marketing strategy, internal or agency execution, paid media, platform setup, and measurement are actually aligned.
Paid media & performance
Strategy, planning, optimization, testing, channel mix, and direct support across paid media programs, whether directly with an organization or alongside an agency team.
Measurement & analytics
Making sense of attribution, reporting, tracking, data, and the gap between what the numbers say and what the business actually needs to know.
Marketing operations
Improving workflows, governance, handoffs, tooling, automation, and the way internal teams, agencies, and other partners work together.
What that looks like in practice
A broad view is only useful if it translates into better work. Over the years, that has meant everything from helping organizations get the fundamentals in place to improving mature marketing programs with plenty of moving parts.
From small budgets to serious scale
I’ve worked with everything from local businesses and nonprofits with tightly constrained budgets to large, multi-million-dollar media programs. The underlying logic stays surprisingly consistent; the trade-offs and execution change with the scale.
Making the work lighter
I’ve streamlined reporting, workflows, governance, and handoffs, including reducing recurring reporting effort by around 70% while making the output more useful for decision-making.
Hands-on when it counts
I’ve built tracking and measurement setups, connected data sources, created dashboards, and written production SQL (before vibe coding was a thing). Sometimes the fastest way to understand the problem is to open the thing and work through it yourself.
Building, fixing, and modernizing
Some organizations need strong foundations. Others need help untangling years of tools, processes, assumptions, and technical debt. I’m comfortable with both.
A bit about me
I’m Kris. I’ve spent most of my working life in and around marketing, across agencies, consulting, and in-house teams, and I still genuinely enjoy figuring out why things work, why they don’t, and how to make them better.
That curiosity tends to spill beyond marketing too, which is how I’ve ended up equally happy discussing business strategy, digging through a media platform, poking at data, or troubleshooting something technical.
It also follows me home. I have a habit of turning everyday things into little systems, experiments, or optimization problems, whether they particularly asked for it or not.

Got something on your mind? Let’s chat.
Whether you’re trying to improve performance, make sense of the numbers, tighten up the execution, or explore a new idea, I’m always happy to think through an interesting marketing problem.
Tell me what you’re working on, and we’ll take it from there.
